After reading some recently written reviews, I was flabbergasted by what was alleged and stated... I understand that growing, having and nurturing a new-born is and can be extremely taxing and stressful, both physically and mentally. Not only do my children, spouse and myself LOVE the atmosphere of this salon, but fully trust each of the stylists completely. Doing a full shampoo AFTER thinning is customary due to wanting to wash away all the cut hair before starting the actual hair cut. I have found ALL the stylists here very professional, loving and kind, often joking with their long term clients. I have found MY FAMILY'S SALON and stylists! I FULLY AGREE, that once you find a stylist you like and enjoy and TRUST, you should be forward thinking enough to schedule needed hair treatments and cuts.
